J.R. and Jason Parent started the Yellow Retirement Communities after graduating college and recognizing the need for economical housing built strictly for Seniors. 20 years later, their idea has evolved as the recognizable "little yellow buildings" located around Northern Indiana. The Yellow Retirement staff has provided homes for thousands of happy Seniors over the years and hopes to continue for many years to come.
 J.R. ParentJ.R. Parent, President and Owner J.R. is married to Maren and they have six children together. JR enjoys spending time with his family, being on the lake, and watching IU basketball. Besides overseeing the development and construction of all new communities, he enjoys getting out of the office and making maintenance calls to ensure our residents get the level of service and care they've come to expect. |  Jason ParentJason Parent, President and Owner Jason is married to Cindy and they have six beautiful girls together. He enjoys spending time with his family, fast cars, and being on the lake. Jason is a very "hands-on" owner who still goes out and paints, cleans and gives maintenance calls.
